After much thought, and for several reasons, I have decided to end my Customer Loyalty Points Program. It will phase out over the next several months, so everyone will have time to redeem any remaining points. Here are the details.
- You can continue to earn points from purchases on my CTMH website through the end of August; after that, you can still redeem your points, but you can’t earn more.
- You will have until the end of 2019 to redeem your points for CTMH product and/or items from my clearance selection.
- If you still have points after December 31, 2019, you can only redeem them toward items from my clearance selection.
- All points will expire on February 29, 2020 if not redeemed.
As always, in order to redeem points for free CTMH product, you must have the full number of points needed; you can’t put points toward something and pay the rest. However, you will be able to do that with my clearance items. For example, if you only have 10 points, there’s nothing in the catalog that you can get for $1, but you could use those points to take $1 off one of my clearance items.
I know many of you really liked this program and benefited from it, and I enjoyed rewarding those of you who placed orders and attended workshops. I will continue to offer special deals when I can, and I am planning to start hostess clubs back up at the beginning of 2020. (I will send out more information about hostess clubs soon.) Also, starting January 1st, if you attend a workshop and place an order during the workshop, you will receive a 10% discount. I will also continue to offer a free gift to anyone who brings a new friend to a workshop.

With my Customer Loyalty Program, you get rewards for placing orders with me on my Close To My Heart website, purchasing pre-cut kits, and attending workshops. I may also have other events or special promotions throughout the year for which you can earn additional rewards!
Here's how the program works. Anyone who places an order with me, signs up for a workshop, or purchases a pre-cut kit will earn points. I will keep track of those points, and when you reach a certain number of points, you can choose to redeem your points for free product!
I had a Hostess Club for a few years, and while that was very successful and fun, it's sometimes difficult for customers to place an order every month. I also understand that it can be a challenge to host a party and try to get friends and family to come and place orders. With my new Customer Loyalty Program, you still get rewarded for what you order but in a more convenient and flexible way!
Here's how you earn points!
- 1 point for every $1 you spend on my CTMH website (before tax and shipping)
- 20 points for every pre-cut single-layout kit purchased from my online store
- 30 points for every pre-cut multi-layout kit purchased from my online store
- 20 points for attending a cardmaking workshop
- 5 points for earning and purchasing the stamp of the month set for $5 (double points!!)
Here are the rewards!
- Every 10 points = $1
- You can use your points toward current CTMH product, retired products I sell from my home, and workshop kits in my online store.
- For example, a $25 kit in my online store would cost you 250 points.
Additional Guidelines
- Points expire after 12 months
- Free CTMH product must be selected from the following items: stamp sets (excluding stamp of the month sets), blocks, stamp pads, re-inkers, markers, Complements packs, paper packs (excluding specialty), Picture My Life cards, scrapbooking and cardmaking kits, and Thin Cuts
- Points can be redeemed at the end of each month. I will post on my blog and on my Facebook page the deadline for each month's point redemption. If you miss a deadline, you can redeem your points at the end of the following month.
- I will send an individual email reminder at the beginning of each month with your point total and the redemption deadline for the month.
- You must be able to cover the full amount of the product with your points. For example, you cannot use 200 points toward a $30 item and pay the difference. You would need to save up your points to cover the total value, and then any extra points would remain in your account.
- Craft with Heart subscriptions do not count toward Customer Loyalty Points.
