Last Day for Hello, Life!

Today is the last day to take advantage of the three special stamp sets that Close To My Heart is offering during the month of September. These adorable Hello, Life stamp sets are so versatile, and I have really enjoyed creating with them this month. And I look forward to making even more projects with them in the future!

They were each designed for a different kind of paper crafting - card making, pocket scrapbooking, and traditional scrapbooking - but I think they can all be used on any kind of paper project.

I want to share three cards that I have made with the Hello, Life card making stamp set.

This first card uses the Sangria paper, a stamped flower from the Sangria WOTG scrapbooking kit, and Eggplant, Cocoa, Poppy, and Pomegranate inks. This card design comes from the Make It from Your Heart Volume 2 how-to book.

The second card uses our brand-new watercolor paints for the background, and then I simply stamped the image with the Memento Black ink pad, which is water resistant. Then I added a few sequins for a pop of colors (unfortunately this pack of sequins has been retired).

This last card features a design from the Wishes how-to book. I used some retired Huntington paper, and then I stamped the images in Olive and Barn Red inks. Such a simple card, but I love it!
